Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this platform or making a contribution to OneMillion, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not participate in the movement.

Eligibility

To take part you must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Be legally able to participate in your region
  • Have the right to use any payment method you provide

Contributions

How It Works
  • Each contribution supports the campaign you select
  • Contributions are voluntary and made at your own discretion
  • All contributions are recorded for verification purposes
  • Contributions are non-refundable once processed
Your Responsibility
  • Ensure your contribution details are correct
  • Keep any confirmation or reference numbers safe
  • Do not contribute funds you cannot afford to give

Use of Contributions

Campaign Funding
  • Contributions are applied to the campaign you select
  • Each campaign publishes its purpose, funding goal, dates and intended use of funds before you contribute
  • Funds are released to verified beneficiaries or approved vendors under documented controls
  • Any material fees or deductions are disclosed before you contribute
No Prize or Financial Return
  • A contribution supports the selected campaign only. It does not create a drawing entry, prize, chance to win, financial return or ownership interest.
  • Where a campaign goal is exceeded, surplus is handled under the published campaign terms.

Verification

For legal and security reasons, OneMillion may require identity, beneficiary and payment verification before campaign funds are released. This process is confidential and applies equally to all contributors regardless of their chosen privacy level.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to manipulate or defraud the contribution or disbursement process

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the platform

Limitation of Liability

OneMillion participates in good faith to run a fair and transparent movement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation, technical issues beyond our control, or decisions made during campaign administration.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued participation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
